Terms of service

The service

PocketChoir gives a choir a private online space where its scores become practice players for each voice. The conductor (or whoever signs up) holds the account and is responsible for the choir space.

Free trial and plan

Each new choir gets a 14-day free trial. After that the choir plan costs €10 a month or €100 a year, paid in advance through Stripe. Prices include VAT where it applies. The plan renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Fair use

The plan includes up to 5 new PDF scores per choir per month, prepared for you, and unlimited MusicXML scores. For more, write to us.

Your scores and copyright

You may only upload scores you have the right to use for your choir's rehearsal: for example your own purchased copies, public-domain works, or arrangements you have permission for. You keep all rights in what you upload; you give us only the permission needed to store it, prepare it and show it to people who have your choir's code. Choir spaces are private. If a rights holder tells us that a score infringes their rights, we may remove it and will inform you. Repeated infringement ends the account.

Acceptable use

Do not share your choir's code publicly, do not try to access other choirs' spaces, and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

Accuracy

We prepare scores carefully, but a note may occasionally be wrong. Tell us and we correct it. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Changes and ending

We may improve the service and update these terms; we tell you by email before important changes. You can delete your choir at any time. We may end an account that breaks these terms.

Law

Greek law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the law of your country.
