Who we are
PocketChoir is run by Rizon Lab, Greece (the “operator”). Contact: [email protected].
What we keep
For conductors: email address, name, password (stored only as a secure hash), choir name, country and language, and the scores and files you upload. For payments, Stripe keeps your payment details; we only receive the subscription status. For singers: nothing personal. The choir code is kept as a cookie on the singer's device, and the player remembers settings such as the chosen voice in the browser's storage.
Why
To run your choir space, prepare your scores, send emails you need (welcome, password reset, “score ready”), and charge the subscription. We do not sell data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Cookies and statistics
We only use necessary cookies: your login and, for singers, the choir code. Visit statistics are counted without cookies and without personal data.
Who else processes data
Stripe (payments), our email provider (sending emails) and our hosting provider in the European Union. Each acts on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.
How long
As long as your account exists. When you delete your choir or ask us to, we delete the account, the choir and its scores within 30 days; invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Greece: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority).
